Rosario Dawson Talks About Her Possible Return in Disney+ Series ‘Daredevil: Born Again’

With some disappointment in Disney+ show She-Hulk: Attorney at District, Marvels fans are hoping all the good that can come from the Daredevil return as in the MCU.

Even though there is still time to see Daredevil in its own MCU series, as we know, he is going to make a appearence with the She-Hulk show as a cameo.

Fortunately, he already made his big debut in the Marvel cinematic universe with his surprising cameo in Spiderman: No Way Home as Matt Murdock.

Since the show was officially announced by Kevin Fiege, Daredevil fans are expecting primary characters to return in this show.

Rosario Dawson, who plays the character of Claire Temple, a medical professional, seems to be a great helping hand for superheroes, as she is the only character to appear in almost all of the Netflix Marvel shows such as Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Daredevil and others.

Her character is also primarily known for her affiliation to Luke Cage, as one of her early love interests, in comics as well as on Netflix Marvel series.

She recently talked about her possiblity to return as Claire in Disney+ Daredevil: Born Again series.

This show is basically taking the Netflix marvel universe we saw earlier to present a canon Marvel cinematic universe.

Charlie Coxx who plays the role of Matt Murdock, aka a blind vigilante Daredevil fighting crime is going to reprise his role in this Disney+ series with a total of 18 episodes.

The infamous nemsis of Daredevil Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin played by Vincent D’ Onoforio already made his entrance in MCU with his role in Disney+ Series Hawkeye

Now fans are wondering when we are going to get confirmation about other Daredevil characters returning in the Daredevil Disney+ show.

Especially significant characters such as Matt Murdock’s legal partner and friend Foggy Nelson and Karen Page.

And then comes, the fan-favourite character of Claire Temple played by Rosario Dawson who was the single connection between all the Marvel superheroes in this Netflix marvel universe, before it was discontinued.

Rosario Dawson recently talked about her possible return with The Hollywood Reporter in upcoming Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again.

Here’s what she said :

“Oh yeah. For sure. You don’t even see her in that last “tell Claire to go home” moment on Luke Cage. So what is that? You know it’s terrible. So, yeah, I’d be super curious, but I’m just so stoked for everybody, though. It’s been a long time coming. I was really excited to know that all of our shows are actually part of the MCU now, with Charlie [Cox] and Vincent [D’Onofrio] coming over into these different projects now. So, yeah, 18 episodes [of Daredevil: Born Again]? I’m there! Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, they know where I am.”

So, overall, just like earlier, she was a bit hesitant about confirming or denying anything about her involvement or giving us any hint.

But so far we know that Daredevil characters are coming back with this MCU show, so on the positive side, it is not too much to expect to see Dawson coming back to the show.

With 18-episode which is again first for the Disney+ shows ( as usually they are only 6 or 7), we are getting quite a long time to explore more characters.

We can only expect to see more of the Netflix Marvel shows such as Jessica Jones, The Punisher, Iron First, Luke Cage and The Defenders to make a return as part of the MCU.

Also, it will be interesting to know where these characters or atleast the confirmed Daredevil stand in the epic wars of galactic superheroes, and how they will be contributing in the next Thanos-level threat which will be Kang the conqueror this time.
