The 100 (2014–2020)

Storyline- The show takes place 97 years after a disastrous nuclear conflict that swept away all life on Earth. The occupants of the twelve space stations that were in Earth’s orbit before the war are the only survivors. Around 2,400 people live on “The Ark,” a single huge station that was constructed when the space stations teamed up.
Due to a lack of resources, all crimes, regardless of their severity, are sentenced by Death (“floating”) unless the accused is under the age of 18. One hundred juvenile prisoners are labeled “expendable” and sent to the ground in a last-ditch attempt to see if Earth is habitable once again after it is found that the Ark’s life support systems are severely faltering. The young people touch down on a stunning planet they have only ever seen from space.
They try to build a fragile community as they face the hazards of this harsh new world. However, they learn that not all of humanity was exterminated. There are survivors of the war, known as “grounders,” on Earth.

The train’s constant motion both generates energy and keeps the passengers from freezing. The population of the train has been strictly divided into classes since the catastrophe, and it is actively embroiled in a revolutionary war against the rigidly enforced social hierarchy and the unfair distribution of limited resources. The show delves into topics of class conflict, social injustice, and survival politics.
Fear the Walking Dead (2015)

Storyline- Three years have passed since the start of the zombie apocalypse brought on by a virus that has already claimed the majority of human life. Murphy was one of three prisoners at Portsmouth Naval Prison in Kittery, Maine, who voluntarily took part in an experiment.
Each convict received a unique test vaccination. Only Murphy made it through the vaccination injection. He is the only known zombie bite survivor who did not change into a zombie, and the antibodies in his blood are the last, and best hope humanity has for a vaccine.
While he is still in control of himself and appears to be changing into some kind of hybrid between a zombie and a human—his skin is peeling, and his body is turning blue.
The story of the series centers on his journeys through the post-apocalyptic wasteland with a small band of survivors under the guidance of Simon “Citizen Z” Cruller, who oversees the world from his computers.

Storyline- The Naval Destroyer Nathan James is assigned to a research mission in the Arctic. They are accompanied by biologist Rachel Scott. She claims that a dangerous disease sprang out a few months ago.
They initially believed they had it under control, but they lacked treatment. She is here because they believed the Arctic had the solution. She has found out that it has now already spread to the majority of the world. When Chandler tries to call the President, he discovers that both the President and vice president are dead.
The current President informs him that Nathan James and his crew are safe because they were not in the danger zone. But it is now up to them to protect Scott because she is the key to the planet’s existence. But there are people who want the cure and will go to any length to get it. So they keep on, hoping to find resources and what Scott needs to make the antidote.

As the androids make touch with these fanatical and dangerous people, they struggle to manage the views of their intensely self-determining children.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020–2021)

Storyline- The “Campus Colony” was created in World Beyond when the Nebraska State University campus was considered a protected place at the start of the zombie plague. Civilians seek refuge in the university, which is guarded by American military forces.
As the rest of the world blows up, the colony at Nebraska State University survives and develops, allowing a generation of kids to grow up in complete security. Because of this, the World Beyond core characters have led pretty quiet lifestyles and haven’t gone far from the safety of the campus in the early episodes.
Eventually, it is discovered that Omaha is a member of the “Alliance of Three,” a union of three cities that have made it out alive: Portland, Omaha, and the Civic Republic. The Campus Colony, which has about 10,000 members, is considered in this union as simply a satellite outpost of the larger Omaha colony, which has nearly 100 million occupants.

Into the Night (2020)

Storyline- In the first season, a group of passengers on a late-night trip from Brussels finds their plane hijacked. The hijacker, Terenzio (Cassetti), is a NATO soldier from Italy. He tries to get on the commercial plane against the pilot’s wishes and demands an instant takeoff.
The small group of passengers in the aircraft are now among the survivors of a devastating global catastrophe brought on by exposure to sunlight. To avoid this calamity, which destroys all living things during the day, the plane makes a westward turn.
To keep the sun behind them, the group, which is composed of Sylvie (Pauline Étienne), a passenger, and Mathieu (Capelluto), the pilot, must collaborate. In their rush to reach a subterranean military bunker, the crew must deal with issues like food that has been radioactively contaminated, a lack of gasoline, and other issues.

Colony stars Josh Holloway as former FBI agent Will Bowman, who must work with the imperialist government to crush the emerging rebel force within the L.A. colony in order to protect his family.

Storyline- A low-level Pentagon officer is saved by an MIT graduate student and a tech genius who inform him of the shocking fact that an asteroid will strike Earth in less than six months.
Santiago Cabrera is Darius Tanz, a multimillionaire scientist and the founder and CEO of Tanz Industries. Tanz is a key figure in the American effort to fend off the coming asteroid. Following President Mackenzie’s assassination, Darius briefly holds the office of vice president before taking the presidency.
Charlie Rowe, an MIT student, is one of the first persons outside the administration to identify the asteroid’s approaching collision with Earth. He and Darius collaborate on an E.M. drive for a gravity tractor they intend to use to modify the path of the asteroid.

Storyline- Due to Tom Kirkman’s idealistic approach to his academic work, U.S. President Richmond nominated him to be a low-level official of his Cabinet, despite his hesitation as a politician.

Tom is forced into a full-time career in politics when the President and the rest of the Cabinet are murdered during that speech in a bombing, forcing Tom to take over as President. Considering his family, who didn’t sign up for such a political life, Tom must make a decision about his and their future.
Sweet Home (2020)

Storyline- Cha Hyun-soo moved out of his house and into an apartment following an unfortunate family tragedy. Monsters start showing up shortly after that. He finds himself in the midst of the apocalypse, and after fusing with the beast inside of him to become a superpowered entity, he later gains the qualities of the infected.
While imprisoned inside the structure, the residents of the apartment become aware that monsters are everywhere outside. Hyun-Su and the other occupants of the building fortify themselves there in the hopes of surviving as long as they can. Lee Jin-Wook portrays the enigmatic Pyeon Sang-Wook, a guy with a scar on his face. He is misunderstood as a thug because he punishes bad with evil. He looked to have a crush on Yoo-Ri.
The Rain (2018–2020)

Storyline- The world as we know it has come to an end. Six years after a vicious virus spread by rain killed off almost all people in Scandinavia, two Danish siblings come from the protection of their bunker to find that all traces of civilization have been erased.

Storyline- Between is the story of a tiny town called Pretty Lake and its surrounding rural areas, which are under attack from a terrible disease that has killed everyone over the age of 22.
The show also explores several topics, such as the power vacuum that occurs when the State quarantines a 10 square mile area and leaves the locals to fight for themselves, the residents’ desire to flee in spite of knowing that doing so will spread the deadly disease throughout the entire world, and the impact of teenage/young adult hormonal angst being the main driver within a whole community.

The Shannara Chronicles (2016–2017)

Storyline- Demons threaten the Four Lands, which is generally a world of magic and harmony. They were barred from returning for decades by the Forbidding, a mystical barrier. However, the source of that power, the magical tree known as the Ellcrys, is decaying, and therefore the wall is fading.
Amberle, the last surviving disciple, is called by the wise Druid Allanon to save the tree after all of the acolytes who care for it are dead. Only she has the ability to travel to the far Bloodfire with the seed of the Elven tree, replant the Ellcrys, and put an end to the Demons.
Allanon sends Wil Ohmsford, a grandson of the hero’s history, to defend her. As the two young people go on a risky mission, Allanon and the whole Elven Nation stand in solidarity to fight off the Demons and stop them from ruining the Four Lands.

Storyline- On a near-future Earth suffering from catastrophic desertification and draconian water control policies are in place. The scientist Song Jian (Bae Doona) travels to the moon with a hand-selected crew of elite individuals.
They are traveling to Balhae Station, a destroyed research station where her sister passed away five years ago after an incident that resulted in the deaths of 117 workers. The incident’s circumstances remain unknown.
Their goal is to collect a hypersensitive and mysterious sample. Han Yun-Jae (Gong Yoo), the team’s captain, is a space agency soldier. An offer to join the crew comes from Lieutenant Ryu Taeseok (Lee Joon) of the Ministry of National Defense. In the meantime, they have to confront the fact that certain members of their party may have nefarious motives that result in betrayal.

Storyline- In the distant future, the majority of the people live in poverty in a region identified as the Inland. But a select few are chosen to reside Offshore, a virtual paradise. Each year, 20-year-olds have the opportunity to enter the island paradise by passing a series of tests.

The Society (2019)

Storyline- The Society tells the tale of a group of teenagers who must learn to operate their own community after the other members of their town (West Ham, Connecticut) vanish.
