Hell, other people is based on a Naver WEBTOON series of the same title by Kim Yong Ki. This Stories Yoon Jong Woo, a young man who moves to Seoul in his 20s after getting an Internship in a company as a crime fiction writer. 

While searching for a place where he can stay, he finds a studio in Eden and decides to stay there for a while as it is an ominous cheap dormitory. 

Yoon is not thrilled enough about the place as it is not high in quality and included abnormal residences and his neighbor Seo Moon Jo, but he decides only to move out once he saves enough money to survive. 

But only a little did Yoon know about this not-so-ordinary dormitory. Mysterious occurrences started happening inside the studio, leading him to fear his neighbor. This unpleasant event disturbs the life of Yoon Jong Woo.
